Service Terms

of FatGames

You must agree to abide by this policy.

The user must ensure that all services he/she uses are not abused and that damage is not inflicted on other users. In the event that FatGames believes this agreement is violated, suitable action will be taken.

Accounts shall be terminated under any circumstance that FatGames decides. We do not tolerate abuse, violation of laws or agreements, foul behavior and non-cooperation.

The user agrees that remote control commands, features or functions maybe restricted where deemed necessary, such as control of servers not owned or modification of server size, etc.

All orders are for a single service, no more, unless otherwise stated. Upgrades may be ordered if FatGames decides so along with the customer.

Refunds are not given in any case unless FatGames believes the claim is just through communication with the customer.

Downgrading a service is not possible unless FatGames decides to allow it. It depends on the customer’s claim, reasons and his/her ability to persuade. FatGames is open to suggestions and requests from customers.

Services purchased with the private mode discount or equivalent cannot be publicly accessible and the password cannot be distributed on any public media or channel, such as websites, forums or the IRC networks.

It is down to the customer to extend their service and inform the correct department at FatGames, we do not guarantee before-expiration-notices or any other form of notifications.

Customers that wish use their service(s) for commercial purposes or plan to do so should contact FatGames as help and advice may be given towards the matter. It is also FatGames’s right to know if any service or product is being used for commercial purposes. Note that we do not disallow commercial usage unless it either harms FatGames in any way (e.g. supports/links competitor) or FatGames believes otherwise (e.g. to disallow in some cases).

Uptime is not guaranteed but strict effort from FatGames is put towards the reliability of the customer’s service(s).

By agreeing to any of our terms you strictly agree to hold FatGames harmless of any charges, claims or wrongdoing. FatGames may change a specific term without notice and at any time. Some terms may also be ‘excluded’ in some cases.

FatGames reserves the right to make any changes to any terms at any time without notice or post-notification.
