FatGames will not share your personal information with parties other than internal departments and trusted partners of FatGames. Information relating to customers on FatGames's network is kept strictly confidential. The user must give information that FatGames believes is necessary.

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that they have set a secure password and to keep it safe at all times. In the case that the customer forgets his/her password or the password is accidentally known by an unauthorized user, FatGames will attempt to provide support and assistance in resolving the matter and protecting its customers against any present or future harm. The user must cooperate fully and unconditionally or else these guarantees will not apply.

Security

FatGames reserves the right to carry out unconditional investigations and monitoring either to ensure security or reliability or to root out abuse or damages. FatGames will cooperate with government’s requests and representatives. FatGames will attempt to ensure that no laws of the user's country and/or the United Kingdom/Europe are violated. The user is required to cooperate at all times.

Agreements

By accepting FatGames's agreements and policies you agree fully and unconditionally to all words and FatGames's decisions, as well as to hold FatGames harmless from any claims or actions taken by FatGames.

FatGames will do its best to deal with all claims, but does not hold any responsibility in any fields whatsoever. Complaints should be filed through FatGames's formal complaints and feedback channel.
